Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo

A very well-located popular hotel just near Waterloo station. Rooms are clean and comfortable, prices- moderate, service - prompt. I had a room on the 8th floor with a great view on London Eye, the station etc. Good breakfast and only positive impressions of this non-luxurious, but reasonable and balanced solution!

Great hotel with large comfortable rooms, just a stones throw from Waterloo. Has a fantastic all you can eat breakfast, with a wide range of food available. Also, there's a casual seating area, with sockets, next to reception if you need to work after checking out.

The hotel was good overall. The breakfast was abundant and it was good. However, it gets busy very quickly and, depending on the time, you may have to wait to get a table. The rooms were a bit small and we couldn't even leave our suitcases open because of the little space available. The location was pretty good and it was close from the station.

Booked this to be near Waterloo in order to get home for a 40th bday. Service before we arrived and during was outstanding. Seriously, the staff couldn’t do more for you and were really lovely. Room was great for the price, bathroom amazing and huge new TV, comfy beds. Can’t fault the hotel or staff. Breakfast also amazing and plenty of seats even though it gets busy. Was an amazing price for a great hotel just a stones throw from Waterloo station. Better service than some 5* hotels I’ve stayed at. Well done all. And thank you, we really needed that. Jo and Sus. My daughter and I spent a week in London and we stayed for the duration at this hotel. It is in an ideal location to explore: Waterloo Station is less than five minutes away, and many other sites are within a short walk. The tube and National Rail connections at Waterloo certainly enhance the location. There are also many shops nearby to pick up necessities, food, etc....Now, the hotel. The room we had was decent but small. Certainly not a major complaint but space was at a premium. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The custodial staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room each day. The only reason why I could not give an overall 5 stars was the lack of variety at breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and there were many selections but it was the same items each day....after 6 days it was getting a little tired with the same options. I know this sounds picky but it would have been nice to have a different entree or options every few days. Again, this is the only issue that we had with our stay. I forgot to add one important detail: Hampton London Waterloo will safely store your luggage on your last day. We had enquired about this feature and this allowed us to enjoy an a morning of exploration, an afternoon musical in the West End, and an evening meal without the burden of dragging our luggage with us. We collected our luggage early in the evening and then departed for Heathrow. This is an excellent value of this hotel as it affords you a final day to explore.

It’s a decent hotel. Good location. Decent breakfast setup. Breakfast tends to get very crowded so plan your time accordingly. A few rooms have London Eye view and it looks amazing during night / early mornings. I have uploaded one such photo for reference. Overall a good property.

I've stayed here a few times and have always had amazing service and interactions from the team here. My current current stay especially. From checking in with Chris to being helped extend my stay by Malcon. Such professional yet friendly interactions, made my stay all that much nicer. The rooms are really well maintained and the beds are comfy, with blackout curtains if you've been enjoying what London has to offer after dark. The location is great, easy access to public transport and getting out and about around London. Close to bars and restaurants but not a lot of foot traffic at night so have a good night's sleep

We had a very pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo. The service was excellent — the 24/7 staff were always available, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was neat and clean, and our room was well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and nicely presented. It was a lovely way to start our mornings. The only downside was the view from our window. Unfortunately, it faced machinery and equipment, which wasn’t pleasant at all. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.
